These Terms and Conditions apply to all Online Service Agents working under Online Student Seva (OSS). By agreeing to these terms, the agent consents to follow the standards and practices set forth by OSS for providing quality service to students and customers.
1. Equipment Requirements
- The agent must possess a functioning laptop or computer to carry out the necessary services.
2. Customer Interaction and Information Disclosure
- The agent is required to communicate politely with customers/students. Before beginning any form-filling or recruitment assistance, the agent must fully explain the details of the respective recruitment or examination form.
3. Service Charges and Commission Splitting
- The agent is permitted to charge a fixed service fee of ₹100 from each customer.
- At the end of each month, the agent must remit 50% of the collected service charges to the company. The agent is responsible for maintaining accurate records of transactions and should be prepared to provide these records upon request from company representatives.
4. Responsibility for Errors
- The agent bears full responsibility for any errors made during the service process. In case of any mistakes leading to a customer’s loss, the agent is accountable for compensating the user for their loss.
5. Misconduct and Fraudulent Activity
- The agent must not engage in any behavior that could mislead or defame Online Student Seva or engage in fraudulent activities. Any misconduct or fraud detected by the company may result in penalties or legal claims of up to ₹1,00,000 from the agent to cover losses incurred by the company.
6. Conflict of Interest
- The agent must refrain from operating independently as a shop owner or in partnership with any similar center or business that serves the same niche as Online Student Seva. This clause helps prevent conflicts of interest and ensures loyalty to OSS.
7. Record Keeping
- The agent must maintain accurate and transparent records of all customer interactions, including payments, forms filled, and services provided. This documentation is required for ensuring a fair and transparent partnership between the agent and OSS.
8. Termination of Services
- Online Student Seva reserves the right to terminate or dismiss an agent’s services at any time, without the need for explanation or prior notice.
By accepting these Terms and Conditions, the agent agrees to uphold the principles of integrity, transparency, and professionalism, contributing to the mutual growth of both the agent and Online Student Seva. Failure to adhere to any of the above terms may result in termination and further legal actions as deemed appropriate by Online Student Seva.
