Online Student Seva Agents Terms And Conditions

Partnership Agreement between Online Student Seva and Online Service Agent

1. This agreement (“Agreement”) is made and entered into on [date] between Online Student Seva (“Company”), a company registered under the laws of [country], and [Agent Name] (“Agent”), an individual who agrees to provide online services as an agent of the Company.
2. Agent Responsibilities: Agent agrees to provide valid and all types of online services (such as college admission forms, online education forms, jobs and recruitments forms, government schemes forms, etc.) required by the Company’s users/students/customers with their own responsibility.
3. Verification Responsibility: Agent must check and verify all details of the Company’s users/students/customers before the final submission of forms. If any mistakes or troubles caused by the Agent, they must take full responsibility, and the Company will not be held liable.
4. Communication Standards: Agent agrees to make polite and informational conversation with the Company’s users/students/customers and must not force them to take services or pay.
5. Non-Fraudulent Conversations: Agent must not engage in conversations with the Company’s users/students/customers that contain false information, personal issues and relations, non-required data collection, or any promotional events that make the Company’s users/students/customers feel spammy and fraudulent.
6. Service Charges: Agent must inform the Company’s users/students/customers about the online form fees before proceeding and providing services. If any services require fees, then Agent must take INR 100 per service before submitting the form and fully providing services. Agent must submit fees only after receiving payments from the Company’s users/students/customers.
7. Prompt Availability: Agent agrees to be fully active and online whenever a concern or requirement is asked or inquired by the Company’s users/students/customers and must provide services/solutions as soon as possible.
8. Non-Promotional Discussions: Agent must not promote any third-party assets or personal assets such as brand promotion, business, competitive marketing, etc. with the Company’s users/students/customers.
9. Fixed Service Charges: Agent must not increase or decrease service charges at their own desires and must not make any personal relations with the Company’s users/students/customers for personal business or any other reasons.
10. Revenue Share: Agent agrees to maintain clear and updated records of every sale and service provided by him/her to the Company’s users/students/customers. At the end of every month (between 25-30), Agent must share 50% of revenues generated by him/her to the Company.
11. Promotional Activities: Agent agrees to do some seasonal and event promotions of the Company whenever asked for.
12. Non-Data Collection: Agent must not collect data of the Company’s users/students/customers for forming personal WhatsApp groups or future business and self-promotions.
13. Breach of Agreement: If Agent does not follow the terms and conditions and breaks this Agreement, the Company will impose a penalty of up to INR 1 lakh rupees to the Agent and can take any other legal proceedings toward him/her (Agent).
14. Online Student Seva will not charge any joining or registration fees from the Agent for providing their services on the platform
15. Online Student Seva reserves the right to remove or terminate the partnership with any Agent at any time without prior notice.
16. Online Student Seva will not be held responsible for providing sales or customers to the Agent. It is the Agent’s responsibility to generate their own sales and customers through their own efforts and marketing strategies.

This Agreement is binding upon the Parties and their respective successors and assigns. This Agreement may be executed in counterparts, and facsimile signatures will be deemed to be originals. This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [country].
