आवेदन पत्र भरने के लिए आवेदकों के लिए निर्देश

(Instructions for applicants for filling application form)

1. केवल वे अभ्यर्थी, जो आयोग द्वारा आयोजित PRELIMINARY ELIGIBILITY TEST (PET) – 2021 में उपस्थित हुए हैं और जिनके पास स्कोर कार्ड (वैध संख्यात्मक स्कोर के साथ) उपलब्ध है, इस मुख्य परीक्षा में भाग लेने के लिए आवेदन करने हेतु अर्ह होंगे ।

1. Only those candidates who have appeared in the PRELIMINARY ELIGIBILITY TEST (PET) – 2021 conducted by the Commission and possess a score card (with valid numerical score) shall be eligible to apply for participation in this Main Exam.

2. अभ्यर्थी को यह सुनिश्चित कर लेना चाहिए कि वह विज्ञापन में प्रकाशित अनिवार्य योग्यता रखता है और विज्ञापित पद के लिए निर्धारित पात्रता मानदंडों को पूरा करता है ।

2. Candidates must ensure that they possess the required qualifications and meet the eligibility criteria for the specified post.

3. अभ्यर्थी द्वारा अपने PRELIMINARY ELIGIBILITY TEST (PET) – 2021 आवेदन में भरी गई सभी जानकारी स्वचलित रूप से इस आवेदन पत्र में प्रदर्शित होंगी ।

3. All the information filled by the candidate in his/her PRELIMINARY ELIGIBILITY TEST (PET) – 2021 application will be displayed automatically in the application form.

4. अभ्यर्थी मुख्य परीक्षा के लिए आवेदन भरते समय अपनी शैक्षिक और अन्य योग्यताओं से संबंधित जानकारी को संशोधित कर सकता है ।

4. The candidates may update the information related to their educational and other qualifications at the time of filling application for the main exam.

5. अभ्यर्थी को मुख्य परीक्षा के लिए आवेदन करते समय कोई आवेदन शुल्क या परीक्षा शुल्क का भुगतान करने की आवश्यकता नहीं होगी । अपितु, उन्हें रुपये 25/- (रूपये पच्चीस मात्र) ऑनलाइन आवेदन प्रसंस्करण शुल्क के रूप में क्रेडिट कार्ड/डेबिट कार्ड, नेट बैंकिंग या यूपीआई के माध्यम से भुगतान करना होगा । परीक्षा शुल्क का भुगतान अभ्यर्थियों द्वारा शॉर्टलिस्ट किये जाने के उपरान्त पृथक से किया जाना होगा |

5. The candidates will not be required to pay any Application fee or Examination fee at the time of applying for the Main Exam. However, they shall have to pay online application processing fee of Rs. 25/- (Rupees Twenty five only) through Credit card/Debit card.Net banking or UPI. Examination fee shall be paid by the shortlisted candidates separately.

6. अभ्यर्थी को (आवेदन प्रसंस्करण शुल्क के भुगतान के बाद) अभ्यर्थी-डैशबोर्ड के माध्यम से केवल निम्नलिखित क्षेत्रों में ही संशोधन और सुधार करने की अनुमति दी जाएगी – i. नाम में वर्तनी की गलती; ii. पिता के नाम में वर्तनी की गलती; iii. पत्राचार का पता; iv. अन्य व्यक्तिगत विवरण जैसे क्षैतिज आरक्षण की श्रेणी (डीएफएफ, भूतपूर्व सैनिक, पीएच आदि); v. जाति श्रेणी (सामान्य, अनुसूचित जाति, अनुसूचित जनजाति, अन्य पिछड़ा वर्ग) ।उक्त के अतिरिक्त अभ्यर्थी को आवेदन में किसी अन्य विवरण को संशोधित करने की अनुमति नहीं दी जाएगी ।

6. The candidates shall be allowed to modify and make corrections (after payment of Application processing fee) through applicant’s dashboard in the following fields only– i. Spelling mistake in Name; ii. Spelling mistake in Father’s Name ; iii. Correspondence address ; iv. Other personal details e.g. Category of Horizontal reservation (DFF, Ex. Service man, PH etc.) ; v. Caste category (General, SC, ST, OBC). The candidate shall not be allowed to modify any other details in the application.

7. आवेदन में संशोधन, यदि कोई हो, की अनुमति केवल आवेदन सबमिट करने की अंतिम तिथि तक ही दी जाएगी । अंतिम तिथि के बाद, आवेदन में किसी भी परिवर्तन की अनुमति नहीं दी जाएगी और यदि किसी अभ्यर्थी ने कोई विवरण गलत तरीके से भरा है, तो उसका आवेदन इस आधार पर सरसरी तौर पर खारिज कर दिया जाएगा ।

7. Modifications in the application, if any, shall be permitted only upto the last date of application submission. After this date, no changes shall be permitted in the application and in case any candidate has wrongly filled up any details, his/her application shall be summarily rejected on this ground.

8. यदि अभ्यर्थी भर्ती प्रक्रिया के किसी भी चरण में अपात्र पाया जाता है, तो उसे अयोग्य घोषित कर दिया जाएगा और उसका अभ्यर्थन निरस्त कर दिया जाएगा । सूचना को छिपाने या गलत सूचना प्रस्तुत करने पर भर्ती के किसी भी स्तर पर अभ्यर्थन निरस्त कर दिया जाएगा ।

8. If the candidate is found ineligible at any stage of recruitment process, he/she will be disqualified and his/her candidature will be cancelled. Hiding of information or submitting false information will lead to cancellation of candidature at any stage of recruitment.

9. अभ्यर्थियों को PRELIMINARY ELIGIBILITY TEST (PET) – 2021 में उनके स्कोर के आधार पर मुख्य परीक्षा के लिए शॉर्टलिस्ट किया जाएगा । ऐसे शॉर्टलिस्ट किए गए अभ्यर्थियों के लिए कट-ऑफ स्कोर की घोषणा आयोग द्वारा आवेदन प्रक्रिया समाप्त होने के बाद की जाएगी ।

9. The candidates shall be shortlisted for the Main Exam on the basis of their score in PRELIMINARY ELIGIBILITY TEST (PET) – 2021 . The cut-off scores for such shortlisted candidates shall be announced by the Commission after the application process is over.

10. शॉर्टलिस्ट किए गए अभ्यर्थी अपेक्षित परीक्षा शुल्क का भुगतान करने के बाद आयोग की वेबसाइट से मुख्य परीक्षा के लिए अपने प्रवेश पत्र डाउनलोड कर सकेंगे।

10. The shortlisted candidates will be able to download their Admit cards for the Main Exam from the Commission’s website after paying the requisite Examination fee.

11. अभ्यर्थी को इस भर्ती प्रक्रिया के अंत तक PRELIMINARY ELIGIBILITY TEST (PET) – 2021 के लिए आवेदन करने के समय उनके द्वारा दर्ज की गई ईमेल आईडी और मोबाइल नंबर को बनाए रखना आवश्यक है, क्योंकि आयोग इन माध्यमों से ही अभ्यर्थी को संदेश प्रेषित करेगा ।

11. The candidates are required to maintain the email id and mobile number, submitted by them at the time of applying for the PRELIMINARY ELIGIBILITY TEST (PET) – 2021 , till the end of this recruitment process, as the Commission will send intimations to the candidates through these mediums only.

12. अभ्यर्थियों से अपेक्षा की जाती है कि वे अद्यतन सूचनाओं हेतु आयोग की वेबसाइट नियमित रूप से चेक करते रहें|
